Kelton was born in New Haven, yet has had the opportunity to live in many different CT neighborhoods. He is a former rower and currently works as a security guard, building on his efficiency working in team settings. His passion for youth justice is rooted in his direct experience with CTs legal system and its flawed impacts. His vision for a transformed system is to make changes for the better of the person, not the system.
