What is the Justice Advisor Journey Like?

We recruit and support directly impacted youth to transform youth legal system policies. JAs commit to 2-year terms engaging in continuous learning opportunities to advocate for change in their communities.

What Opportunities would you get as a Justice Advisor?

  • Potential Opportunities include:

  • Meeting with lawmakers

  • Learning about public policy, advocacy, and organizing

  • Monthly training on a wide variety of topics

  • hosting community events

  • Traveling

  • Meeting with community members, students, and individuals currently incarcerated

  • Media opportunities

  • $40/hr pay
